Russell joined Boston Trust in 2002 as an assistant securities trader. Russell was promoted to Quantitative Analyst in 2005 and is currently a security analyst and a member of Investment Committee.

Russell graduated cum laude from Northeastern University in 2002, with a B.S. in Finance and International Business.
