Lucia Santini, CFA Lucia is a Senior Vice President, a Director of Boston Trust and a Portfolio Manager. Lucia has occupied a variety of senior management roles at the firm, including Chief Operating Officer, in which capacity she oversaw administration, operations, finance, and compliance. She is a member of the Investment Committee and is responsible for research and analysis in the Financial Services sector. She is also a member of the Research & Engagement Committee and is Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee. Prior to joining Boston Trust and Walden in 1982, Lucia worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. She holds the Chartered Financial AnalystŪ designation and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA Institute. She earned a B.A. from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. from Boston University. She currently serves on the Board of UUSC, a human rights organization with a Unitarian Universalist heritage, and as the Co-Chair of the Board of the Church of the Larger Fellowship (UU).
