Tim joined Boston Trust & Investment Management Company in 2000. His primary responsibilities include shareholder activism, client service and marketing for Walden Asset Management, the Socially Responsive investment division of Boston Trust. Prior to joining Walden and Boston Trust, Tim served as Executive Director of the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility (ICCR). ICCR coordinates corporate responsibility programs for 275 institutional investors committed to using shareholder advocacy to influence corporate conduct and promote social justice. He also serves on the boards of Shared Interest, a South Africa development fund, World Neighbors, an international development organization, and is a member of the newly created Kimberly-Clark Sustainability Advisory Board. In 2008, Tim was elected as a Board member of the General Board of Pension and Health Benefits of the United Methodist Church. He previously served as the Chair of the Social Investment Forum, an industry trade group.

Tim earned a B.A. from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Divinity degree from Union Theological Seminary.
