Timothy Smith Tim joined Boston Trust & Investment Management Company in 2000. His primary responsibilities include shareholder activism, client service and marketing for Walden Asset Management, the Socially Responsive investment division of Boston Trust. Prior to joining Walden and Boston Trust, Tim served as Executive Director of the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility (ICCR) for 24 years. ICCR is a coalition of some 275 institutional investors committed to shareholder advocacy to influence corporate conduct and promote social justice. Tim also serves on the board of Shared Interest, a South Africa development fund and is immediate past chair of the Social Investment Forum. Tim has a Masters of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary and a BA from University of Toronto. |
