Heidi Soumerai, CFA Heidi joined Boston Trust & Investment Management Company in 1985 as a social research analyst. She oversees the evaluation of existing and potential portfolio companies relative to environmental, social and governance factors. Heidi also helps coordinate and leads a variety of shareholder advocacy initiatives to promote greater corporate accountability including proxy voting, company dialogues and shareholder resolutions. She is editor of Walden’s client newsletter, Values, and co-manager of Boston Trust and Walden’s small cap equity portfolios. Heidi is a member of the Shareholder Advocacy Committee and a director of Boston Trust. Prior to joining Boston Trust, Heidi was a research associate for the Adolescent School Health Project in Boston. Heidi holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society. She earned a BS in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Boston University. |
